Fitness Class - LINE DANCING

for all of Steve Steinberg's exercise class students. The Line
Dances that we have been learning on Fridays in fitness class are all
listed here -- with written instructions on how to do the dances,
and a link to access and play the music for each dance so that you can
practise at home. All KSFCAS students are welcome to use
this area, but without learning the dances in class, it may be
difficult to figure out what the instuctions mean. All
students are welcome and invited to attend Mr. Steinberg's
fitness
classes from 10:30am - 12:00pm and also from 1:00pm - 2:30pm. On
Fridays we learn and practise the
Line Dances.
